Goal: for 30 days, don’t eat fast food. (its like what the title says.)

Totally doing this. Adding to it:
» No alcohol
» Walk every day that is not below -10 celcius (at least 15 mins) [that’s about 5 farenheit]
» go to bed before 11pm during week days
For 30 days!
Also, I use http://www.myfitnesspal.com to log my cardio and food journal. If any of you want to finnd me there, I’m krokador and ai’d be glad to start a GeekTea or GeekFit group!
