TKBP Phase 1, Day 3
Food-wise today was a junk-fest. Going to eat the spoils tomorrow, but after that i think I’m good. My sister went with me grocery shopping tonight and prevented me from buying anything I don’t need. Good times.
Doing the exercises first thing in the morning is working weel, and I’m sticking to the sleep schedule so far. My entire mind and body is exhausted by 10pm, so sleep...
TKBP Phase 1, Day 2: failure
Not going to get into details. but I watched 3 shows. I scarfed down popcorn and golden grahams and another muffin. I’m gonna try not to drop fully out but something happened I wasn’t fully expecting and I’m trying not to let it drag me down but…
I’m planning on having pizza tomorrow night so… Yeah. Still keeping up with the sleep though, I hope.

TKBP Phase 1, Day 1
Today started out really bad. My neighbors kept me up until 2Am so IM’ve had very little sleep. I did manage to stick to most of the plan. Just, well, had a double chocolate muffin for a snack this afternoon xD And 15mg of caffeine in form of Iced Tea at bowling.
So all in all, iI’m not too disappointed, but I can do better!

I’ve been giving myself excuses and slacking off as much as humanly possible since, well, about my birthday? And it is time I stop. And I figure if one person reads this and holds me up to it, then heck, I can probably do it on my own. (But it’s easier with kicks in the arse, just sayin’).
