Food-wise today was a junk-fest. Going to eat the spoils tomorrow, but after that i think I’m good. My sister went with me grocery shopping tonight and prevented me from buying anything I don’t need. Good times.
Doing the exercises first thing in the morning is working weel, and I’m sticking to the sleep schedule so far. My entire mind and body is exhausted by 10pm, so sleep comes rather easy. I guess it’s not a bad thing to be on a strict sleep schedule. Sucks that I can’t stay up, but it’s worth it. i think.
Not going to get into details. but I watched 3 shows. I scarfed down popcorn and golden grahams and another muffin. I’m gonna try not to drop fully out but something happened I wasn’t fully expecting and I’m trying not to let it drag me down but…
I’m planning on having pizza tomorrow night so… Yeah. Still keeping up with the sleep though, I hope.
Today started out really bad. My neighbors kept me up until 2Am so IM’ve had very little sleep. I did manage to stick to most of the plan. Just, well, had a double chocolate muffin for a snack this afternoon xD And 15mg of caffeine in form of Iced Tea at bowling.
So all in all, iI’m not too disappointed, but I can do better!
I’ve been giving myself excuses and slacking off as much as humanly possible since, well, about my birthday? And it is time I stop. And I figure if one person reads this and holds me up to it, then heck, I can probably do it on my own. (But it’s easier with kicks in the arse, just sayin’).
Phase 1 is the easy part where it’s actually going to be the toughest. I have to get myself in a sort of routine I haven’t followed, well, ever. I will report back every day. And since I’m doing this, you guys are more than welcome to join in the “challenge” with me. The more, the merrier, right?
Bed at 10PM for some reading until 10:30 (allowing myself to finish a page, BUT NOT A CHAPTER).
Up at 7 AM (first alarm 6:55, 2nd at 7).
10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats are the first thing I do waking up. + 1 per day
Get back into my workout plan I dropped (4 days a week)
30 minutes of writing and/or drawing on every day I don’t go out
1 walk a day. If I don’t walk for cause of weather, 10 minutes DDR upon getting home (before dinner)
I think that’s pretty much it. So I should be getting myself to bed. Reading tonight is brought to you by Orson Scott Card. I willfinallystart Xenocide.
Let me know if you want to be part of the betterment plan (you can make your own set of rules). And at the end of 2 weeks we can all celebrate (mine will be stuffing my face at the sugar shack with friends, which is why I don’t plan on messing it up because, hey, these plans are not gonna change!).
Time to stop saying I want to and actually do something about it!
